How Does Aluminum have a Wood-Grain?

• Wood Grain Sublimation: this final production step turns the powder coating into a work of art, creating endless design possibilities. 
 
• Each profile is wrapped in a wood grain template and placed into an oven where the ink pigments are converted from a solid to a gas, (allowing  100% penetration through the powder coat) then converted back to a solid, resulting in a perfect thermo print.
